CMA Philosophy
At CMA, we do not believe in the traditional marketing agency approach of having an in-house team to deliver projects. As each client has specific requirements that call for different approaches, design styles or methodologies, we feel an established in-house team can often lead to either a compromise solution where staff are not being deployed to their full strength, or worse, the client’s marketing programme gets adjusted to what the agency is comfortable to deliver.
At CMA, the primary focus is to deliver our client’s marketing needs in full and without compromise. So rather than having set in-house support team, we work with a vast network of specialist professionals, allowing us to create a project delivery team specifically optimised to deliver the best possible outcome.
As we have excellent relationships with our supply base, this methodology allows us to both deliver the optimum solution as well as keeping expenditure down to an absolute minimum.
