Silverstone UTC Going Postal
Silverstone UTC approached us to promote their courses and fill up the various year groups. We agreed on holding a series of open days and to contact relevant families in the surrounding areas to invite them to attend the open days. As part of the project, we sourced the data lists for the relevant contacts in the vicinity, then designed and produced branded invite letters and envelopes as well as an information booklet with further details about the UTC. We then sent the letters and brochures out to our total mailing list of 42,000 households. This was followed up with an e-mail reminder campaign to the same database, utilising CMAil. The positive responses have meant that the UTC were oversubscribed on the year groups they were after, as well as the ones that weren’t specifically part of the campaign.
